Small orders (i.e. just a shirt) cost $2-5 depending on the region, and are all sent via First Class Mail.
Domestic orders which include the figurine and/or book cost $6-8, sent Parcel Post or Media Mail.
International orders which include the figurine will run $10 to Canada/US Military/Mexico and $20 everywhere else.
International orders which include the book set will run $6-8 in the US and are sent via Media Mail. For the rest of the world, they're sent via Priority Mail, and cost $25-30 for the US Military States, $30-35 to Canada, $40-45 to Mexico, and $45-60 to the rest.
